We are happy to offer international shipping to our customers. Both our European and International delivery service is a standard delivery. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with an item? We understand things may not fit the way you want them to or that jersey just does not go with your new bike, so we are happy help. The Service Course will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items of kit, accessories (including socks and caps) and equipment if it is returned to us within 11 days of receipt - the product must also be in its original packaging when returned via in store or by post. If you would like to exchange the item, we can send out your new product once receiving your original product and we will do so with a small fee to cover shipping costs for the new product. If in the event you are met with issues of defect within 30 days of receipt and it is a manufacturing fault, we will accept the return and issue you a full or partial refund or provide a like for like item.
We do not provide free shipping for exchanges.

The Service Course
Products will only be accepted for a refund or exchange in the event that the product is returned in a resalable condition (unworn and unwashed).
Bike Hire and Trips
Once we receive payment for your trip, bike hire or guided ride, we ask that you wait at least 5 days for us to confirm your reservation. We do our best to accommodate all bookings, but with a limited fleet and specialist services, we need a final confirmation to ensure we can give you the love you deserve here in Girona. If in the event we cannot offer you the service you require for your specified dates and an alternative cannot be found, we will provide you with a full refund.
