You can take any of our pre-made itineraries for a private group on dates of your choice, or start the process from scratch to create your dream trip.

Terms and Conditions for Custom Travel Planning Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our travel planning services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Deposits:

1.1 To initiate the trip planning process, a non-refundable deposit of 500€ per person is required. This deposit secures your intention to travel and allows us to begin the planning and reservation process. The deposit paid will be deducted off the overall cost of your travel package.

1.2 The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent changes or cancellations to the trip.

2. Minimum Guests:

2.1 The minimum number of guests required to plan and conduct a tour is 2.

3. Trip Itinerary and Inclusions:

3.1 Once the minimum number of guests is confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed trip itinerary outlining the destinations, activities, accommodations, and inclusions of the tour.

3.2 The provided itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, availability, or other factors. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Payment and Pricing:

4.1 The total trip cost, including the non-refundable deposit, will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the trip itinerary and before finalizing the booking.

4.2 All prices are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Payments can be made via the accepted payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Changes:

5.1 Cancellations by you: The non-refundable deposit is forfeited in case of cancellations by the traveler.

5.2 Cancellations by us: If circumstances beyond our control necessitate the cancellation of the tour, all paid deposits will be fully refunded.

6. Travel Insurance:

6.1 We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential disruptions to your travel plans.

7. Liability:

7.1 We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers such as hotels, transfer services, and others services. We are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred during the trip.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

8.1 By submitting the non-refundable deposit and engaging with our travel planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
